Drilling & via formation
- Entry materials — Phenolic entry for standard drilling, melamine for dimensional stability, and aluminium entry for heat dissipation and rigidity.
- Backup boards — Reduce burr on drill exit and protect the stack.
- Back-drilling material — For controlled-depth back drilling.
- HDI drilling material — For high-density interconnect boards.
- Carbide drill bits — Including bits for back drilling.

Inner layer
- Copper balls — For copper plating — sizes such as 51 mm and 25 mm.
- Copper nuggets & oxide — Oxygen-free copper nuggets and copper oxide powder.

Press (lamination)
- Plates— Top and carrier plates, and separator plates.
- Press pads & kraft paper — White/blue cushion pads and kraft paper for even pressure.
- Release film — Clean separation during lamination.
- Copper foil — For outer layers and build-up.
- Aluminium sheet — Press-plate protection and heat spread.
